Last night, we got got some dover sole fish fillet from fancy, ie. expensive, Whole Foods. Jess did an awesome job cooking it (She's a groovy cook). The fish looked good, the fish smelled good, and I was hungry. All in all, a perfect recipe for a bodacious meal. First bite went well...and then what we thought were boneless pieces proved otherwise. There's nothing worse than having scrumptious fish destroyed by too many bones.
